The DLI Online™ product line ranges from simple, standalone Sprite™-based installations to very powerful, server-based installations. Our new Online Engine software, in the PC Edition or Server Edition utilizes the latest data acqusition and distributed processing technologies. Need special functionality? Our new online engine allows for drop-in components that are easy to develop and implement. All of our systems include late-generation OPC, XML and web connectivity options for easy integration into your existing plant systems.

SpriteDAC™

SpriteDAC is the workhorse of the DLI Online systems. SpriteDAC provides all the data acquisition and networking functions to distribute your online system throughout your plant. The SpriteDAC approach pushes data processing power to the machine level. With its wireless network feature, a Sprite-based online system costs less to install than traditional online monitoring systems.

SpriteMAX™

SpriteMAX is a fully independent online data acquisition and diagnostic system. With its integral online engine software, it can be installed remotely without the need for a local network infrastructure. Connect a broadband modem to it at the remote site to monitor its results or integrate it with your local monitoring system. Vibration and process data, trends, diagnostic results and repair recommendations can be viewed by accessing SpriteMAX with only a web browser.

DCX ONLINE™

DCX Online is our convertible package that combines a DLI Watchman® DCX with a docking station that allows you to monitor installed sensors when DCX is not being used in a portable mode. This solution consolidates your investment with both walkaround and online monitoring capability.

DLI ONLINE PC™

The DLI Online PC system runs on your desktop computer. Its Online Engine PC Edition software can sequentially access an unlimited number of SpriteDAC units. This cost effective package is intended for installations where fast data collection is not required, or when monitoring a small number of SpriteDAC units.

DLI ONLINE SERVER™ and ENTERPRISE SERVER

DLI Online Server software systems provide the centerpiece of a powerful machine condition monitoring network that can rapidly monitor and diagnose faults in your machines. Its high-performance Online Engine Server software allows any number of SpriteDAC units to be operated simultaneously. Our Enterprise Server system includes comprehensive web services so detailed machine results and data can be accessed with only a web browser.
